BVEG was born out of the vision of two young entrepreneurs who wished to see their child grow up in a healthier, greener and kinder world. Where sustainability and an inherent eco-consciousness ensures enough healthy food on every plate. BVEG is well on its way in its journey to make a positive impact on the planet with its unique amalgam of nature, science and deliciousness.

The name BVEG is representative of the shift towards veganism and in a way urges people to adopt a plant-based diet for their better health as well as that of our world at large.

LINEAGE

Food runs in our veins. We were pioneers in segments like fresh produce and ice-cream cone manufacturing. With sister companies like ‘The Cone Company’, (largest cone manufacturers in India) and ‘Harshna Group’ (the leading fresh fruit suppliers in India) along with state-of-the-art cold storage facilities and pack houses, we as a group have a cumulative experience of over 70 years. BVEG is our foray into the foods of the future – Plant based proteins & foods.

Leveraging over two decades of partnership network, we at BVEG Foods are all set for food contract manufacturing; private label food manufacturing; and packaging service for Indian & global plant-based food partners. Latest extrusion technologies, high quality raw ingredients and an inherent understanding of the food business gives us an edge in catering to the B2B segment.

Prateek is a business leader with expertise and rich experience of working towards bringing transformation to the agricultural equipment and food production industry. A passionate foodie and an animal lover, he is amongst the torchbearers of the plant-based protein movement.

DIRECTOR

Akanksha has a degree in Nutrition and Dietics. As co-founder of BVEG Foods, she is pursuing her vision of good health for all, including the planet, by creating products that are high on the nutrition, wholesomeness, health and taste quotient.
