What is it that we would be leaving as a legacy for the future? Who, after us will take care of the planet?

It was this and the vision of a more humane, ecologically sensitive and sustainable world that led us to explore plant-based proteins as a healthier alternative to current practices – one that would be good for the present and future generations as well as the planet.

The result is BVeg Foods –a labour of love for all things vegetarian; a movement that exhorts everyone to do their bit for the planet by simply shifting to a healthier choice. Explore our belief systems and our journey from the seed of an idea that is fast growing to fruition.

Doing our bit for a sustainable, eco-friendly world.

WE BELIEVE IN FOOD SUSTAINABILITY

To stay within planetary boundaries, a combination of major dietary change, improved food production through enhanced agriculture and technology changes, and reduced food waste during production and at the point of consumption will be needed, and no single measure is enough to stay within all of the limits. WE BELIEVE THAT VEGETARIANISM IS HEALTHIER

Can a plant-based diet transform you into a rockstar elite athlete? The Game Changers, the acclaimed proplant-based health documentary, says that ditching meat and dairy is your ticket to athletic prowess. It covers multiple success stories of plant-based athletes, references scientific studies, and touches on other arguments for plant-based diets that extend to non-athletes.

WE BELIEVE IN FOOD INNOVATION

Food innovation is the development and commoditization of new food products, processes, and services. Right now, it’s happening rapidly. Food and beverage companies are looking for ways to make healthy, nutritious offerings that are not only enticing, accessible, exciting, and unique, but also sustainable. Our approach is plant-based proteins that result in healthier, hygenic and sustainable alternate foods in new form factors and textures.

“Food is not simply organic fuel to keep body and soul together, it is a perishable art that must be savoured at the peak of perfection.” ― E.A. Bucchianer

WE BELIEVE THAT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS IS IMMORAL

“My body will not be a tomb for other creatures.” Leonardo Da Vinci

56 billion animals are killed for food each year A man can live and be healthy without killing animals for food; therefore, if he eats meat, he participates in taking animal life merely for the sake of his appetite. And to act so is immoral.
